Devolution or Central Control?
Executive President or Ceremonial President? Parliamentary or presidential System?
These two are the issues PNU and ODM and Kenyans are haggling with as the constitutional Draft is debated. The political parties are stalemated over both questions.
Ask ME: Take the Harmonised Draft to the electorate. Let them decide. What Kenyans don’t need is an Imperial President or Imperial Prime Minister. Sharing of Power and resources are key 
ingredients to stability. No more 200 chaos!
