I am not particularly thrilled but Mohammed Abdikadir, the Chair of the PSC, deserves to be congratulated for pulling off a rare feat in the troubled Kenyan Constitution making process. Kenyans could see the dawn of a new Constitution by the end of 2010, and the beginning of a new way to play politics.
