Listening to the raging debates in Kenya on the Draft Constitution one wonders why some sections of the diverse Kenyan ethnicity are scared of a non-executive President, or rather an 
executive Prime Minister.
In my judgment there some Kenyan ethnicities who see the constitution as being written against them, or changed for the benefit of one politician or political party.
Can we move beyond these myopic views? The constitution is being rewritten because of the deficiencies in the power structure of the current one.
